Hire Charges

 The following hire charges apply for bookings from 1st November 2011.

Partial Terms and Conditions of Hire

1. The hire fee is payable in advance of the hire period.
2. The booking deposit is required at least 30 days in advance of the hire period and these are as follows:
a. All bookings require a £25.00 deposit except weekend evenings.
b. Weekend bookings from 6pm require a deposit of £150 – this includes bookings for Friday evening.
c. Deposits are refundable if the full terms and conditions of hire are met (available from the bookings clerk). Refunds are made within 30 days after the date of hire. However, deposits will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation made less than one week before the hire date.
3. A charge will be deducted from the returnable deposit if the hall is left in an unsatisfactory state.
4. Bookings for teenage parties require the hirer to name 2 (two) responsible people over 21 years of age as supervisors for the event.
